Dr. Vikas R Chomal - is Phd in Political Socience and runs a Consulting firm M/s. Vikas R. Chomal & Associates (VRCA).

He has expertise in Secretarial, Legal, Labour Laws, LLP Act, Trademark, Factories Act , Takeover Due Diligence etc Before floating his consulting firm he was working with M/s. Astec LifeSciences Limited , a BSE & NSE Listed Company as Secretarial, Legal & Compliance Head for around 4 years.

He is engaged in Merger, Demerger, Takeover, Listing of Company with Stock Exchanges, Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity.

He graduated in commerce from Mumbai University and is a Fellow member of the institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also Law Graduate from Mumbai University.

Currently serving more than 200 Corporate Clients in vast scattered sectors of which some are listed entities.

He is also socially engaged in helping under privileged kids with their school books, kits etc. For this purpose, he has formed a Section 8 Company namely Sandan Mata Foundation.
